Our standard procedure is to complete the site visit and submit agency letters immediately upon receiving the site information. We leverage our knowledge of specific tribal preferences and our relationships with tribal contacts to the TCNS process.
The FCC requires that the consultants performing the Section 106 reports meet certain professional qualifications (36 CFR 61). Our professionals meet these qualifications and have conducted Section 106 Reviews throughout the US.
